Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic PR Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing PR campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of media and communication strategies.
  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, client management skills, and hands-on PR expertise.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and PR needs.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement PR strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on messaging, positioning, and campaign execution.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client expectations and objectives.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, social media managers, and event planners, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
  • Pitch stories, press releases, and interviews to secure media coverage.

Crisis Management:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Budget Management:

  • Work with clients to establish and manage PR budgets.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
  • Proven experience in PR account management, with a focus on key client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communication, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to address client challenges.
  • Proficient in using PR tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
