Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable PR and Strategic Communications agency company in Lagos is looking to hire a PR Content Associate to craft engaging, keyword-driven content that promotes their products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, corporate communications, and digital media, with the ability to deliver high-quality content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote the Clients products and services.
- Driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers using keyword-targeted content pieces.
- Communicating and cooperating with the account management team to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
- Developing and following an editorial calendar, and collaborating with other members of the team to ensure the timely delivery of content materials.
- Developing related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
- Organizing writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
- Utilizing industry best practices and familiarity with the client\'s vision & mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Synthesizing research and turning it into compelling stories in a range of formats, for a range of audiences.
- Editing, revising and delivering content strategies and materials across varying communications channels on tight timelines
- Staying ahead of trends by using industry knowledge and research to drive content ideation and writing.
- Creating error-free, professional, and high-visibility deliverables such as blogs, press releases, case studies, social media snippets, media scripts and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Copywriting using keywords, Editing and proofreading skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in content writing in corporate communications or any related field
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or Public Relations from a well-accredited university.
