Job Summary
As our community manager you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a vibrant community of independent realtors. You will act as a liaison between us and the realtor community, ensuring that the community's needs are met while aligning with the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members through regular engagement activities, meetings, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the realtor community, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing necessary support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the realtor community to drive revenue growth.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports to management on the health and growth of the community.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media and community management tools.
