Role Summary:

As our Sales & Social Media Representative, you will be the face of the boutique — both in-store and online. You will engage customers, manage our physical and digital storefronts, and create captivating content that promotes the brand. You must be fashionable, confident, innovative, and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Attend to walk-in and online customers promptly and professionally
  • Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences that drive repeat business
  • Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets
  • Manage orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the boutique
  • Keep inventory updated and communicate low-stock items

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Plan and create engaging, fashion-forward content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Regularly model outfits and create product try-on videos and promotional content
  • Edit videos and photos for social media using mobile editing tools
  • Write compelling captions with proper grammar and a clear brand voice
  • Manage customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
  • Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to increase engagement and followers

Brand Representation:

  • Be confident and comfortable representing the brand online
  • Stay up to date with fashion trends and recommend styles for customers
  • Help with styling and fashion tips when necessary
  • Take initiative in recommending improvements to boost visibility and sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or social media management
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong content creation and basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Social media savvy — understands what engages fashion audiences online
  • Highly fashionable, camera-friendly, and confident in her appearance
  • Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of the role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be based in Yaba or nearby areas
  • Willingness to work full-time and onsite

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus):

  • Photography or mobile videography skills
  • Knowledge of Instagram insights and basic analytics
  • Previous experience in a fashion boutique or retail environment
