Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (essential).
- CIM-UK qualification or equivalent professional marketing certification (required).
- Additional relevant qualifications or certifications in brand management, PR, or sales would be highly advantageous.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of diversified experience in both client-side and agency-side roles.
- Proven expertise in proposal writing, media publicity, marketing and sales, and brand management.
- Strong background in leading operations and driving growth within a media, PR, or marketing agency.
- Track record of managing complex client relationships and executing large-scale campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in media monitoring platforms, and other related tools.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in media and brand management.
