RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical assistance and support business operations, including trouble shooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to implement technical solutions and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Analyze business needs and identify technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Working closely with cross-functional team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain database, spreadsheets, and other technical tools to support business operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
  • Trouble shoot basic technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Analyze data to support business decisions and also assist with project planning, execution and monitoring.
  • Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls.
  • Support project teams with coordination, research and documentation.
  • Advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Computer science, Information Technology or related field. Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Business/Technical support role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background in Computer systems, software applications, and technical tools.
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills.
