Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to oversee and grow our social media platforms, manage customer interactions, and create engaging visual content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand online, handling customer orders and inquiries, and creating innovative designs and videos to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, tiktok etc.) by creating and scheduling engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
Design eye-catching fliers, banners, and promotional materials tailored for online marketing.
Create, edit, and publish compelling video content for promotional and advertising purposes.
Respond promptly to customer orders, queries, and complaints through social media and online platforms, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Track social media engagement, analyze campaign performance, and provide reports to guide future strategies.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for promotions and engagement.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Experience setting up and managing a brand from inception.
Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
Creative flair for designing and storytelling through visuals.
Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle online orders and queries efficiently.
Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
