Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the hotel’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X).
- Create, curate, and post engaging visual and written contentincluding photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Plan and run targeted ad campaigns to boost bookings, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Respond promptly to messages, reviews, and online inquiries, maintaining the brand’s professional tone.
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Events, and F&B teams to highlight ongoing offers and experiences.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports to guide marketing strategy.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Manage influencer partnerships and coordinate photo/video shoots.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media algorithms, and paid advertising.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multiple departments.
- A creative eye for photography and brand storytelling is an added advantage.
