Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Run paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
  • Track and report on social media metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and design skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
