Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition.

- Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Content Creation:Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
- Community Engagement:Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
- Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
