Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing effectiveness.
- Create, curate and schedule posts on the Twitter page
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to improve engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Plan and execute Twitter marketing campaigns, including giveaways and partnerships.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate Twitter into broader campaigns.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners for visibility.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms and strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in content management and creative content creation.
