Job Summary

  • We are seeking 3 talented and proactive Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy and enhance our online presence.

The Role

  • As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms. 
  • You will create engaging content, interact with our audience, and contribute to building a strong online community for Pad-Up Creations Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum of 4 years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, FMCG is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
  • Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
