Job Description
- We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Lekki.
- In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a winning social media strategy to amplify our brand voice, drive engagement, and achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research to understand our target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) based on brand guidelines and industry trends. (Text, Images, Videos)
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
- Manage and moderate comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
- Track social media analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, PR) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and the latest trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficient in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
