- This role involves managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and driving digital engagement for our real estate brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with business goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to improve strategies.
- Produce engaging real estate-related content, including property highlights, market trends, and client testimonials.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to create compelling copy and visual storytelling for real estate marketing.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong analytical skills to track engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social media.
- Must be eloquent and well-presented
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven track record of managing social media pages and growing brand engagement.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
