Description 
Technology Infrastructure Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's technology infrastructure.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure the availability and optimal performance of network and communication systems.
  • Strong Networking Knowledge (Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WLAN and WAN environments).
  • Ensure relevant online update for the company’s advert with a secure website

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the ICT team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for the team.

IT Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and recommend investments in technology solutions to meet organizational goals.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree's in a relevant field with 2 - 5 years work experience.
