Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan to attract and convert high-ticket clients from Instagram and TikTok platforms. This individual will generate engaging content, run targeted campaigns, and use data-driven insights to optimize client acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is a social media expert with proven experience in driving sales and generating leads, particularly for high-value products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy tailored to generate high-ticket clients through Instagram and TikTok.
  • Identify and target key demographics and markets most likely to convert into high-value clients.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, focusing on high-ticket offerings.
  • Plan and execute both organic and paid campaigns designed to generate leads and drive sales conversions.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create visually compelling, attention-grabbing content, including videos, reels, stories, and posts to showcase the brand’s high-ticket products or services.
  • Collaborate with the creative team or external designers, if needed, to produce top-tier social media assets.
  • Ensure content is tailored for high engagement and resonates with luxury/high-ticket clientele.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that reflects campaign goals and business objectives.

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques and analytics to attract high-ticket clients through social media platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with potential leads, nurturing them through personalized messaging and follow-up.
  • Leverage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and other growth strategies to expand brand reach and client base.
  • Implement conversion funnels and strategies to move followers and leads through the sales pipeline.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track key performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Regularly report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI.

Community Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong community of engaged followers, fostering relationships with potential and existing high-ticket clients.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Engage with industry influencers, clients, and partners to build a network that supports business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, specifically on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-ticket clients through social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, content trends, and best practices.
  • Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns, particularly for lead generation.
  • Creative thinking and strong content creation skills, especially in short-form video and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury/high-ticket product or service space.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships to drive high-ticket leads.
  • Familiarity with advanced targeting, retargeting, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Background in luxury, high-end services, or high-ticket product industries.

Reporting:

  • Provide weekly reports detailing campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and strategies for improvement.
  • Present monthly performance reviews and growth plans to the Marketing Director or CEO
