CIHP became a legal entity in June 2010 and a phased approach to transition is being implemented. Hence, Kaduna state ICAP office transited to CIHP in November, 2010. By the end of February, 2011, Kogi and Akwa Ibom ICAP offices also transited to CIHP and the remaining three states of Gombe, Benue and Cross River will be CIHP supported by September 2011. All the activities implemented by ICAP in these states will be taken over by CIHP and in addition, CIHP will provide interventions to address other public health concerns like, malaria, TB, reproductive health, immunizations etc. Lastly, to successfully implement these health programs, CIHP is committed to strengthening the building blocks of the health systems and supporting gender mainstreaming and empowerment.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Curriculum Delivery:
- Develop and deliver structured digital marketing lessons and workshops that cover key concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Keep curriculum up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Hands-On Learning:
- Create and oversee practical projects and activities that give students hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Encourage students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Individualized Support:
- Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who may need additional help or wish to explore advanced digital marketing topics.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluate students' understanding and application of digital marketing strategies through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their digital marketing skills.
Mentoring and Career Guidance:
- Serve as a mentor, inspiring young females to consider careers in digital marketing and related fields.
- Share insights into opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
Digital Marketing Enrichment Activities:
- Organize and participate in digital marketing-related events, campaigns, and workshops.
- Encourage students to explore digital marketing beyond the classroom.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other instructors and hub staff to develop interdisciplinary STEM programs and projects.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and community partners to promote digital marketing and tech education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convey digital marketing concepts clearly.
- A passion for educating and inspiring young females to pursue careers in technology and digital marketing.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to digital marketing education.
