Job Description:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, creative, and relevant content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to promote our services and achieve marketing objectives.
- Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, or escalating to the appropriate channel.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development/IT and design teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Creative thinking with exceptional written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to create high-quality content (text, images, video).
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
