- The Strategic Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with dLocal's goals and enhance its reputation.

What will I be doing?
Corporate Communications Strategy:
- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan that supports dLocal’s overall commercial objectives and is aligned with key brand narrative.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
Media Engagement:
- Build and maintain Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential reputational risks
- Serve as a key point of contact during crises, ensuring consistent and effective communication
Content development:
- Create and supervise agencies’ development of compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, social media, and website content, in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Advise and support senior executives in crafting key messages for internal and external communication
- Prepare them for media interviews, public speaking engagements, and other communication opportunities
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or equivalent experience
- Strong media relations experience and ability to handle high-profile interactions
- Crisis communication experience and the ability to navigate sensitive issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid understanding of digital communication platforms and trends
- Familiarity with industry-specific communication challenges and opportunities in the fintech industry.
