Job Summary:
- The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the company’s server infrastructure operates with maximum uptime, providing fast and reliable connections.
- It involves maintaining an HCI infrastructure to improve efficiency and availability of services, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting the entire infrastructure.

- Server Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Maintenance.
- Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Management.
- Microsoft Office365 Administration.
- Active Directory (Hybrid) & Group Policy Management.
- Identity and Access Management.
- Patch Monitoring, Rollout and Management.
- Vulnerabilities Remediation, and Systems Security
- Enterprise Backup Management.
- User Profiling Setup and Management
- SharePoint and on-premises File Server Right and Access Administration
- Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure
- Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance
- Working knowledge of Domain Name service
- Working knowledge on Virtualization (Hyper-V)
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or any related field
- Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Experts (MCSE)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product and technical standpoint.
- Liaising with OEM, vendor and third party for support on the infrastructure.
