Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related problems promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and resolve recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT and data security.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance.
- Bachelor's Degree / OND with 1 - 2 years experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, and peripherals.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems and software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
