About Silver Valley International College

Silver Valley International College (SVIC) Kabba is an arm of Silver Valley International Schools. The dream to start a school in Kabba, Kogi State came to mind in 2014 when we heard how parents were leaving Kabba town to far places in search of good facilities for their children to study. It is our noble contribution to the development of our fatherland. Our desire was to bring back home a first-rate school that could only be found in upscale areas in cities like Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, etc.

Our dream became a reality when the school was opened on September 11, 2017, to start its first academic session. We opened our door to 15 students and one of them has been awarded a full scholarship. Our educational philosophy is a combination of sound academic work and hands-on training. The students will be nurtured and trained not only on the day-to-day academic work but also to acquire skills in computer operations, basic programming, computer technology, and basic automobile repairs, and other types of skills. The students will sit for NECO, WASCE, and Cambridge examinations. We have qualified, highly experienced, proven and well-motivated teachers that are available to teach and guide the students to success The strategic focus of the school is to produce globally competitive students that will become future leaders by pursuing excellence in a disciplined and academically stimulating environment.
