It was first approved as The Institute of Business Advisers (IBA) before the adoption of the new name that projects national image with a direct focus on International Business.
With a strong focus on delivering high quality output in teaching, training and research, IIBAN is an approved training non-profit professional organization responsible for the assessment, accreditation and continuing professional development of international business advisors, practitioners and consultants in Nigeria.
