The Justice Development Peace and Health is a program of the Catholic Ecclesiastical Province of Jos. The program was set up to Coordinate, develop appropriate structures, offer required services and improve the system of social development already existing in the Dioceses since 1970. The Catholic Province of Jos is made up of 7 Dioceses namely Bauchi, Jalingo, Jos, Maiduguri, Pankshin, Shendam, and Yola covering 7 states of Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Plateau, Taraba, and Yobe states. In each of the Dioceses, there are offices of JDP/CARITAS side by side that of Health.
